Greetings Everyone! It's a few days until our next meeting and we'll have some Show & Tell to, well, show and tell. So until then we thought it would be fun to see another Dolling Dame creative room!
Welcome to Doreen's. This lady is MUCHO Talented! You already know she makes wonderful dolls, whimsical and beautiful.
But did you know about her exquisite embroidery? The HAND kind, no fancy machine here!
Her creative room is a feast for the eyes. Dolls, dolls, dolls, and all manner of incredible embroidered work.
The framed pictures look like paintings. Thousands of tiny stitches coming together in a symphony of thread to create a precious work of art.
Doreen thought her room was too "messy" to be photographed (!) Pish-posh! We all know there is no such thing as messy when it comes to our creative space.
Organized closets. Labled plastic bins. Labeled magazine holders. Hmmm. Not exactly a wreck, would you say?
